Club Rules

1. TRAINING
You need to arrive at the sports hall 10 minutes before your lesson is scheduled to start.
All drinks should be purchased prior to arrival at the hall and the only reason that you should need to leave the hall is to go to the toilet. Permission to leave the hall MUST be obtained from the coach, this is necessary as in case of evacuation of the building we need to know where you are.
NO FOOD at all is allowed into the sports hall or it will be confiscated until the end of the lesson, please eat before you come to your session.
Drinks ideally should be in sports bottles and should remain with your belongings. You should not be drinking by the trampoline.
Mobile phones should be turned off at all times in the hall.
Clothing Females Should be wearing sports clothing with no buckles or toggles that will get caught in the trampoline. Squad members should be wearing a leotard and shorts to all training sessions
Males Sports clothing same as female Squad members should be wearing SHORTS or WHITES and a leotard or t-shirt
NO JEWELRY is permitted on the trampoline including stud earrings. If you have just had your ears pierced then the studs should be taped until you can remove them.
Ideally the club leotard should not be worn for training. Socks or trampoline shoes should be worn.
Fees will be all paid termly and bouncers can enroll during weeks specified by the Olympiad.
Parents are not allowed into the hall during squad training sessions only at the beginning and end to drop off/collect children. Please note parents MUST come down and pick up children from the sports hall.
2. COMPETITIONS
Those attending squad sessions are expected to compete at regional grading competitions and any friendly competitions they are selected for.
All squad bouncers should have a club leotard and ideally a polo and fleece.
Competition Clothing: Females – Leotard and plain white ankle socks Males – Leotard, whites and plain white socks
ALL competitions MUST be paid for by the closing date specified, otherwise you will not be entered.
To compete you must be a British Gymnastics (BG) competition club associate member.
Photos of club members will be added to the club website and newsletter unless a written notice from a child’s parents or guardians is sent to the head coach.
A photo form must be filled in before a competition if you wish to take photos.
NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY is permitted at competitions.
